The reception and dining area are exceptionally good. The breakfast was first class. Compliments to the chef. The rooms are a good average - clean and tidy. Location central to key attractions. Ticks plenty of boxes.

I stayed 2 nights.The hotel is up some scruffy steps between some shops but when you get to the second floor and go through the glass doors it is great.Very clean,cool,everything works,the staff are very friendly and helpful especially the main gentleman at the desk.It is quite near Colaba,and other places of interest.

We stayed at the Bloom Hotel Juhu for 3 nights. It was better than what we expected, check in was quick and easy, location was great for Juhu and very close to the airport as well as bars and restaurants.Water was replaced everyday and the complimentary drinks/snacks were an added bonus. The staff were friendly and attentive, the online support service was excellent and they responded to requests immediately. Its a good hotel to stay with children. Hotel is having good staff, quick room service. Clean and spacious rooms. Children enjoyed table tennis and swimming. A.C worked well. Food is at reasonable price. Breakfast is delicious. Its also not very far from Essel world. So it was a fantastic experience staying in a hotel.
