During our stay at the Savoy in Ooty, we were endlessly impressed with the level of service by all staff from the gardeners to the managers who were attentive and nothing was ever too much trouble. The hotel is immaculate with rooms that reflect the heritage of the property while providing clean, well maintained and modern aspects that you want when travelling. The gardens are stunning and peaceful. The dining room provides superb food at reasonable prices. When Executive Chef, Emon Mukherjee,...

We had a wonderful stay at Virgin Valley. The hospitality was excellent, with the staff being very supportive and attentive throughout our visit. The hill view room was fantastic, offering a breathtaking view that made our stay even more memorable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort, great service, and stunning scenery.

Excellent Spacious Rooms with very good service and restaurant. Complementary breakfast is too good with many options. Hotel is close by Doddabetta peak and hence having own vehicle would be better as it is 9km from ooty railway station. otherwise be ready to shell out more for taxi request at travel desk. It is very lonely and peaceful place to be. We enjoyed staying here for 3 days and 2 nights. Stayed on 29 to 31 Mar 2013. Family with one 3 years kid.

I STAYED IN THE HOTEL FOR TWO DAYS WITH MY WIFE. DESPITE LANGUAGE HANDICAP I ENJOYED MY STAY. ROOM SERVICE IS EXCELLENT. ROOMS ARE CLEAN SPACIOUS AND COMFORTABLE. We had an incredible stay at this property! The mountain views right from our room were breathtaking, and the entire staff was exceptionally courteous and helpful. A special mention to Dipen and his wife, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, the home-cooked food was absolutely delicious. We loved the experience so much that we decided to extend our stay!

I was so relaxing and amazing. Food was soo good.

The view from the room in morning was mind blowing. Staffs are really good and the food they provided was really very good like homemade. If you are a nature loving person and want a peaceful environment, i would really recommend this place.
