"Housekeeping was poor I am handicapped and asked for a room cleaning. This didn't happen. The next day, no housekeeper on site at all. I had a handicap room with a short toilet. Handicap rooms should have the taller toilets. "

"Great Hotel: I enjoy the free breakfast and friendly staff. It is very quiet for sleeping and the beds are comfortable. You can walk to Castro, street in 10 min. to enjoy dinner outside and many coffee shops! The free parking is safe too."

"Request in advance for any additional towels or cleaning the room. I requested my room to be cleaned the staff said they are at capacity then I said just replace the towels. When I came back around midnight, my room was not cleaned nor towels has been replaced"

"The breakfast items were “just ok”. Same thing every morning, no variety, only old apples & oranges that nobody wants. Coffee is great. My Microwave didn’t have a wall socket to plug in (WEIRD). The mirror was not over the sink ALSO WEIRD. I have to give a great compliment to Andres who works for housekeeping since he was very attentive and we spoke briefly everyday. "
