The Airport shuttle was timely, efficient, knowledgeable and the driver was eager to assist with luggage as well as providing guidance for those not familiar. My journey began in St. Louis and I drove 2800 miles in 4 days. The respect and kindness shown by the staff was something that I had not experienced anywhere else during this trip across the country, and to be honest I wasn't expecting much once I arrived. They were accomodating, pleasant, and genuine...which are all qualities which sweem to be in short supply these days. "

"What a great place and service. The amenities are amazing. I did not think the restaurant meal was to the level to the quality of the hotel and there were no alterations possible, they told me it's all pre-made ready to be done the way it's meant. I'm a nursing mother so I can't have spicy and had couple kiddos w me so it would be helpful to be able to get just a simple protein made for them. A printed menu in the room would be helpful (even tho I know it's so last century:-) Thanks to all the front desk staff for being welcoming and supportive of me arriving w children. I travel for business all the time and felt like this was a top notch service. Thanks!!"
