It was a luxurious and beautiful hotel. Staff were really friendly and helpful. The food and drinks were excellent and some of it was fantastic, The art deco was very nice and pretty. As with most Japanese hotels, the customer service was excellent, polite and efficient. The Geisha experience in the lobby was a nice touch and v welcoming. We enjoyed the stay and found the hotel to be in a really good position for sight seeing and relaxing after a day out. As people have mentioned the rooms are slightly tired but still clean and tidy.
