Good space for family of five. Location was good. Staff were friendly and helpful. There is a 7/11 right on next corner (< 2 min walk) for snacks and drinks. Would recommend.

This is a beautiful 5 star hotel. The property, sfaff and views were the best in all of the Japan properties we stayed. Highest value and best experience as well. Exceptional front desk staff concierge and bell staff. The rooms are very spacious and the river front view was the highlight after 2 weeks in Japan. So many small details with the room amenities were also greatly appreciated. Highly recommend the Imperial Hotel in Osaka.

This was our favorite hotel on our 10 day trip to Japan. The onsen was amazing, the massage chairs hit the spot when available, and we enjoyed the free coffee / ice cream / ramen daily.
