"Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable room. Theres a little station with free tea and toiletries. Very pleased with my stay here. I was just unaware of the JPY800 extra charge when I arrived. But all in all it was still quite affordable on a budget."

"Aquí lo tienes corregido y fluido, manteniendo tu estilo: ⸻ This place is great. It might be on the expensive side, and there are plenty of options in Kyoto, but it was worth it. The hotel is quite big but still feels intimate. I loved the onsen, the Westin Club, and the other restaurants and bars. There are also convenience stores and a metro station on site, so it’s very handy. The staff is fantastic — thank you all. From the team at the Westin Club and the main dining room to the concierge and valet at the main entrance, thank you all! =)"

Lovely amenities (pajamas, slippers, toiletries, free coffee tea and a water for the room then after 12pm free coffee, tea in the lobby.) wonderful European bakery around the corner for breakfast but also a 10min walk to Nishiki market and other shopping. Helpful staff, quiet street, awesome bathroom. Wonderful, would stay there again"

"Very close to most of the Kyoto’s central shopping and market places and it’s the first advantage of this hotel. Breakfast is also good and served with plenty of menus and staffs are also very kind and helpful with prompt service. I would stay again if I had a chance to visit Kyoto again."
