"This is a very local non touristy village. We enjoyed the hospitality (even if we couldn’t communicate)
The owner helped accomadate my sea food allergy. We really liked the hot bath available in the beautiful water. The only thing I would say is that it isn’t close to anything and you have to walk about 22 minutes to the train "

"This is a beautiful hotel. The rooms were clean and breakfast was delicious! Every staff at the hotel were kind and extremely helpful.
The hotel is located very close to the Nijo castle and you can get around town using the nearby subway train or Uber/Taxi. Highly recommended!"

"The hotel is brand new—clean, modern, and very comfortable. Its location is excellent, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of restaurants nearby, which made exploring the area very convenient.
The staff was polite, though English was limited. Still, with some patience, we were able to communicate and get what we needed.
One downside was that, despite booking with VIP status, there was no acknowledgment or recognition—not even a small gesture—which was disappointing. Additionally, access to the pool and spa requires a reservation and comes with an extra fee, which was unexpected for a hotel of this level.
Overall, it’s a solid choice for its cleanliness and location, but there’s room for improvement in service and transparency around amenities."
