"部屋がカビ臭い"

"周囲に食事出来る施設がほとんどないのに、食事の提供がない。自転車で琵琶湖一周していたが、朝食が出ないのでおにぎりを買うために自転車往復6.6km走らざるをえなかった。また自転車で近くの気軽に夕食が食べれる所は１軒しかない。更に普通の宿ならあると思っていたタオルや浴衣の提供がないのも驚いた。"

"ドッグランもあり綺麗な宿泊施設でした。 オーナーさんへ伝えたい事も何点かあります。 壁には色々とルールが貼ってあるのですが、 台所の食器等は使用した場合には洗って下さいと記載がありました。 洗った食器を置く台や布巾は無かったので、食器を洗ってから濡れたままコンロの上へ全て置きました。 あとキッチンではサランラップは常備品としてあっても良いのではないでしょうか？ また犬同伴可能な施設であるのにフローリングがツルツルで犬が何度も転けそうになっていました。 ルールが厳しいのは良いですが、その分内容を充実させた方が良いと思います。"

"設備は古いが、キチンと清潔感あり気にならなかった。その分、お値段がリーズナブルで、私は十分満足でした。 フロントは、海外の方でしたが、日本語もお上手で色々説明していただきました。 フロント隣りの部屋ではウエルカムドリンクのご用意、夜からはカレーライスのご用意もあり大変良かったです。 お風呂は、部屋のユニットバスのみで少し残念でしたが、近隣のスーパー銭湯に行き、旅の疲れは十分癒すことが出来ました。"

"The staff are very kind. It is clean and the surrounding facilities are very good. However, women in their 40s working in the morning tend to discriminate against foreigners. It makes overbearing remarks and actions to foreigners. Other than that, it's a very nice hotel."
