The bohemian borough incorporates a number of gentrified neighbourhoods. As you make your way through the vibrant McGill Ghetto, dodge the students who have flocked here due to cheap rent and proximity to McGill University. As the name suggests, this trendy hub sits on relatively flat terrain just north-east of Mont Royal and is easily accessible from the city centre, so you really have no excuse for not paying a visit.
