"We arrived at this hotel and it was flooded. No fire spinlers working as they had been turned off by the fire department. We waited over an hour to be checked in because the police prohibited entrance. Because Expedia had enacted a no refund policy we felt compelled to stay there. "I have stayed here multiple times in the past as well as just recently. Rooms are big, clean and have all the amenities I expect when traveling. The staff is friendly and helpful. The fitness room is large and open, and laundry facilities are clean and very much appreciated. We met a couple of friends in the open, well appointed lobby to sit and talk prior to going to lunch.
