"My family and I recently stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott Chennai, and we were blown away by the entire experience. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with the utmost care and professionalism. The highlight of our stay, without a doubt, was the incredible food. The breakfast and dinner buffets were absolutely superb! The selection was vast, catering to all tastes with a brilliant mix of local Indian delicacies and international classics. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. It was a culinary delight we looked forward to every day. What truly made our stay special, however, was the exceptional staff. They are a tremendous asset to the hotel. I would like to give a special shout-out to a few individuals who went above and beyond: Ashit was incredibly attentive, anticipating our needs and ensuring we had everything we could possibly want. Tamanna was so helpful and gracious, providing excellent recommendations and assistance with a warm smile. Washid also took great care of us, and his service was impeccable. While these individuals stood out, the sentiment extends to each and every member of the staff we encountered. Everyone, from the front desk to the housekeeping team, looked after my family with genuine kindness and efficiency. We left feeling not just like guests, but like valued friends. "Just overall a wonderful place to stay! We stayed their 2 bedroom apartment suite. They were clean, well maintained, staff were very polite and helpful. Spa was exceptional. Food was excellent. The microwave in our room never warmed the food that was our only issue. We also didn’t contact them about it because it didn’t matter much. Had we told them, I am sure they would have fixed it quickly. Will be staying with them for our future visits. Please keep up the good work. "
