"For $500 a midweek night. I expected, well...more. Front desk staff was very kind and welcoming, but the property itself is old, not updated, and my room was dark and depressing. Only 2 lightbulbs on the ceiling which were that terrible "cool" white. It gave off "interrogation room." The sink was clogged and backed up with brown water with bits of whiskers and dirt...oh, and there was nearly zero water pressure. The robes were awful...scratchy, hard, and uncomfortable. Needless to say, again, I expected more. I'm honestly giving it three stars due to the staff."
