My room smelled like stinky and dirty feet that have been baked in the carpet for decades. The smell was so overwhelming that my cologne was not able to mask it. Looking back I should’ve reached out to the front desk, even though they were super short staffed into the new year. But I didn’t want to bother them and I definitely regret staying here.

Hotel bar was closed on a Sunday evening, with the only explanation offered being lack of staff. We were therefore required to head out into stormy weather in search of food and drink, rather than relaxing in our hotel and enjoying the advertised facilities we were paying for.

Nick checked us in and he was very friendly and experienced in the check in process. We went out for the evening and returned around 11:30pm and wanted a glass of wine. We called the front desk and Nick provided us with the wine and met my husband at the elevator. Great customer service!!! Love this hotel.
