We transferred to another room because the first room they gave us was not clean, bathroom sink was clogged and smells vomit. We booked for suite room but only 2 towels were provided we keep requesting for more everyday when they know we booked for 4-5 persons. No microwave inside the room you have bring your food at the front desk and they heat up for you. No stocks of shampoo, soap and conditioner either. At night when requesting for extra blankets and they said there’s no extra blanket available.

The coach is old and stained definitely not comfortable and made so much noise. The beds in the room were the most uncomfortable I’ve slept on which is not common for Sheraton
