I’ve stayed at multiple larkspur locations and this one felt just like the others in comfort and amenities. I would only comment that my room did have trash left over from previous users. But overall, I felt comfortable.

This place is a good value for the price and it included breakfast. Its clean and conveniently close to Levi Stadium and doentown San Jose. They dont have a pool or jacuzzi which would have been nice.

I had placed the "Please clean the room" sign before we went out, but housekeeping did not clean our room. We were out the entire day, and when we returned, the room was still not cleaned.

We stayed for 7 nights in. 2nd week of July. Property , furniture, Bed, Kitchen, etc are old which i understand but this management has given many rooms to long term residents. These people are mentally ill or living on government payments. It is NOT safe as many these people will comment negatively about visitors . They have vehicles filled with lots full of boxes etc. in the parking. You would feel scared parking your car. NOT safe for kids and families Only positive was kind staff..:) .
