"The reason for my poor ratings is due to the non-functioning of two of the four vending machines which I had to use for my supper that evening. Guests don't care at all that the machines are operated by a different company than Motel 6. What we care about is that the machines work, and 50 % did not during my visit. The working 50 % do not constitute a passing grade. Not a high bar to pass - the staff should be testing those machines daily, and if one doesn't work, there should be a sign on it warning the guest. Do better."

"Love the calm and sensory explosion with the serene surroundings. nearby Bol park and gardens in the adjacent neighborhood makes for a perfect hotel/inn stay and a bit of outdoors in between business conferences."

"The location was great. However the is a $45 parking fee if you want to park in the hotel. We parked on a near street parking lot for $7 flat rate. The complementary breakfast was great, great variety of breakfast options and it was clean and pleasant environment. The hotel looks old and outdated. It could used a remodeling to keep up with the hight rates per night. We are definitely not staying here again."

"Staff was surly, parking lot had homeless people camping out. Was concerned about the security of my vehicle. Would not recommend this hotel."

"Overall not a great experience. Was supposed to be one of the nicer hotels in Mountain View. Turned out to be noisy with broken elevators."

"The staff was so friendly upon greeting us! It makes such a difference when you walk in to a hotel and the staff is welcoming! There was spa water and coffee available. The maintenance man helped my daughter set up her computer so she could work on her homework while we sat poolside. Close to restaurants and ice cream. "
