"Everything was excellent, especially Mark in the front reception desk. The only negative was the alarm clock that was set by the previous occupant that woke us up too early!"

"When I arrived I was greeted and sent to my room. Where I parked there was a strange white van - beat up - paint worn off, and a man sitting in it.. staring. I sat in my car for a while as I did not feel comfortable getting out in the dark and rain, to be kidnapped. He eventually left. I immediately ran to my room and upon entering the room, the smell was horrific.. it was damp, dark, and smelled like someone died. It was so bad, they had an ozone machine in there going. I left. I told the front desk, i was not staying there and immediately booked another room on Hotels.com. "

"This was a very good stay overall. The hotel is in good condition, very clean, and aesthetically pleasing. The room was nice and comfortable, and the property felt well maintained from top to bottom. The service was also very good. Staff were professional, helpful, and made the stay easy. The gym was a nice bonus and better than expected, and the breakfast was good as well. Another thing I appreciated was that parking was included with no extra charge, which is not always the case. The parking area also felt secure since it was monitored by an outside security company. One of the biggest positives for me was that the location felt safe and convenient, especially for business travel and access to downtown. On top of that, the price was very reasonable for the quality of the hotel. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a safe, comfortable, well-priced place to stay in San Jose."

"This is an OK place to stay. It’s inexpensive, but keep in mind you only get what you pay for. The place gives off the vibe of low income people. The building needs a new paint job, their towels are stained from previous usage and the floors could use a good mopping. Their maintenance man came to check on an issue I had with the room and he was so high off of whatever, he couldn’t even stand up straight and his eyes were all watery looking. It left me with an uncomfortable feeling to even let him in my room. The staff is really nice though. "

"I didn’t spend much time during the days at the hotel but I can report that the bed was very compfy. The shower and amenities were solid. It was a fairly reasonable place pricewise and very well located for the airport."
