The property is conveniently located from the Air port and it looks great, but there's a real issue with the cleaning. My room's floor was not cleaned when. The next day there was no room service at all. The third day my door was knocked for cleaning and I showed and told the cleaning crew that if she can take care of it, but she told me that she doesn't speak english and left just by changing a couple of soiled towels.

The front desk and the restaurant staff were amazing. Unfortunately, we got waken up at 5am to security barging in. Turns out, we weren’t checked in, thus the assumption that our room was empty. I reached out to the manager and he claimed to go over standard procedures with staff. Overall, our stay was great.
