The common areas were updated and clean. Check in was easy and fast. It’s a very short ride to a lot of things and there is a fantastic taco place across the street. The virtual staff member and overnight concierge guy were very pleasant and helpful.
The room needed a lot of small things that wouldn’t take long, but were just half way done.
The shower barely worked and seemed like it was more likely to shock me than spray water. When it did spray, it was scalding or freezing. There was a lot of painted over mold spots and the jetted tub clearly doesn’t get cleaned well. The toilet paper holder wasn’t installed well so the roll fell off every time into the rubbish bin.
I asked the virtual concierge how much the waters in the room were and she said free. But I have a charge on my card and that’s the only thing we consumed.
The road is VERY loud and kept us awake all night. You’d need ear plugs to sleep here.
There were a lot of options at breakfast. Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches, cereal, bagels w cream cheese, muffins, yogurt, fruit and oatmeal too I think. Juices, teas and coffee were plentiful.
