"Service is very good. From doorman, reception. They very helpfull and always smile. The room is good with good aminities (but i cant find a toothbrush). The location just a few step from milan central station and tram station (via settembrini stop). They gave us a bag drop even 1 days before our check in date. And after we check in, our luggage had already in our room so very good service from this hotel. Despite the milan central area I feel not safe on the late night, but I love this hotel...

"The hotel was great but regarding the night price (more than 500 euros), I was expecting to have no flaw at all in the room but that was not the case: it was not possible to close the shower door and some water was leaking outside, the evacuator system was moving when walking on it, the bathroom door was not closing fully which is annoying to get some privacy with other guest when you need it... "Outstanding as always. Very professional staff, clean and spacious room with good attention to details. The bed was tall and very comfortable and the TV is modern allowing seamless connection with your phone. The hotel has a good restaurant which provides a great selection for breakfast, a bar, an indoor pool and gym/spa. "
