"The villa was lovely it looked a little tired ie paint work outside area needed some attention but overall it was lovely . The neighbours are a little noisy but nothing to do with Andy . Andy was very helpful and he went the extra mile as we arrived late in the morning and he was there to greet us . The pool was lovely . Just a note to Andy the ax may need to be looked at as a little noisy. But it did work . "

"We needed a place near Regatta Harbor and the price was right. This turned out to be a great find! The neighborhood looks run down but that’s old Miami. There was a pile of broken glass in the road for the two days we were there. We never felt unsafe but I wouldn’t consider it walkable. We rode our e-bikes everywhere. Lots of great stuff nearby. There is a parking spot to the side of the house. Checkin was done by email. There was a key in a lock box. Everything went smoothly. Inside the...

"didn't put out the garbage, entry point finicky, bad smell in place, among other issues. "

"Property had to many rules that’s wasn’t listed. Even with a three car party the third car couldn’t park on the property. We couldn’t play music inside or out and we got threatened multiple times for our stay to be terminated. It’s only for sleeping no laughing. We only just slept at the house."

"The staff starting with the valet right up to the manager were rude and disrespectful. They increased the daily parking amount when we checked in. Again, Everyone from the valet right up the Manager are rude. I will never stay there again and I DO NOT recommend it to anyone."
