"We had no issues at all, we had an issue with the in room safe and was sort of fixed right away. The property is a little dated, however think of where we were, smack in the middle of the Art Deco district. The property has a lot of charm, the location is great, again South Beach right in the Art Deco district. Overall a great experience, the manager Alexandra, was very helpful and accommodating. We would definitely return."

"Clean pleasant room. Staff were pleasant. Cafeteria breakfast was well-stocked, many choices. The patio around the pool, and the pool itself are nice hangout spots. Location convenient to MIA. My room was nice and well-appointed, but just for spending the night. If I was at the hotel during the daytime I would plan to use the ample hotel public spaces as the room itself didn’t have much hang out space."
"Gianni - the conceirge was particularly helpful - when my car got blocked into the parking garage - he took the extra steps to identify the guests that had blocked me in and got the cars moved so I could get to the airport on time!"
"Hotel na lotnisku, po licznych opóźnieniach i utrudnieniach w podróży był dla nas wybawieniem. Standard przyzwoity, pokój czysty, choć lodówka by się przydała.
Położenie na samym lotnisku dało nam godzinę więcej snu przed kolejnym lotem, gdyż nie musieliśmy tracić czasu na dojazdu.
W informacjach na stronie hotelu była informacja, że recepcja jest czynna do północy, a my w końcu wylądowaliśmy po 01 w nocy, na szczęście wszystko działało i mogliśmy się zameldować."
"Wonderful ocean view, staff was super friendly , from the moment we arrived everyone treated us special. The pool and surrounding area is one of the best, great service and lots of attention. Coffee shop is super, great beverages, snacks, quick salads, meals and gelato. Buffet breakfast has lots to choose from, pastries are awesome. Lots of chairs at pool and beach."
