"Everything was fine until a guy named Nicola started yelling at me from 11 am to check me out and never apologized. According to him, it was me who should have apologized. His behavior was unbelievable."

"Two young staff are nice, wonderful and helpful. One is in the office , another is the front desk young lady! "

"I think it is a pretty new area. Good amenities, clean, accesible for us to where we had to go and staff are friendly. Just missing a laundry area, overall a good choice and if another opportunity i would book again. "

"Great looking hotel with beautiful spaces. We were happily surprised by all it had to offer. Great location with just little walking distance to public transportation. Ideal to get to anywhere in Paris in no time. Staff was very friendly and cleaning was spotless. Le Club is a great space to take advantage of, drinks food and games. Only negative, one side of the building is exposed to nearby train rails which can be a little annoying to hear. We were warned about it by a previous traveler but it wasn’t terrible. "

"We chose this hotel as a base for our trip to Paris - we have been before and are confident in using the metro etc. There is a metro station literally just outside the hotel doors so super convenient. You are able to use this to get all over Paris easily and cheaply. It’s about an 8 minute walk over to the stade de France. The area itself is ‘colourful’. Some questionable people hanging around but in general we just got on with our day & weren’t bothered by anything. I wouldn’t say it’s an area where I would go out to eat but to be honest we didn’t try so you never know. The hotel itself is very clean and modern. We had a suite on the top floor with an Eiffel Tower view and it was lovely. A really good value hotel in a good location for exploring the rest of the city. "
