Very convenient for our family visit. Having Knox City Shopping centre was perfect for groceries and dining Wi Fi was terrible ! Only worked half the time. Nobody on reception when we arrived although it was known what time to expect us. Had to ring a mobile number!

The apartment that we stayed in was lovely, bed was comfortable and it was overall extremely clean. The facilities provided (gym and pool) were of high standard and easy to locate. However, and, this is a minute issue but we found that the kettle didn’t heat very well and the crockery that was provided was very small. Additionally, my friend and I didn’t realise that all three buildings were part of the Knox group and since we had late check-in, we didn’t find our apartment very easily. This could be due to us being exhausted but I do think that a little map or something above the key box would be beneficial to avoid an issue like this in the future. Overall, Knox was a fantastic and convenient place to stay. Thank you to the staff there!
