Utterly unkempt. Leftover soap bits from previous occupier in soapdish. Yellow-stained comforter. Marks all over walls. Cutlery and tea cups stained and poorly washed. Dust everywhere. Bath/shower stall filthy. Random debris under bed. Will not stay here again, and will make sure noone I know does either.

Very convenient location next to Flinders street Station and major point of interest. The tram at nighttime is rumbling back and forward,the street crowd noises until 2 am guaranteed a sleepless night

Showing its age. No staff at reception on arrival and not answering number provided. No toilet roll holder in bathroom. Bathroom very small difficulty using toilet as too close to door. Air conditioner very noisy so didn’t use it. Location good. Suitable for one stay but wouldn’t want to stay any longer.

This property location was fantastic! Couldn’t fault it, the actual motel was something else dark dingy, the smell in our room was if some old homeless person hadn’t showered and lived there for a month, our sheets had old blood on them, the mosquitoes in the lifts and the foyer were horrendous and the lifts felt like we could be trapped forever and die in them and nobody would know because of the state and smell.

Had booked two rooms to watch the T20 finals. Rooms very clean and tidy. Staff at reception was very courteous and helpful. The location is excellent and within walking distance of everything in the CBD. Area is super safe and always people around. Will definitely be visiting again.
