Travelling for work, barely a 5 minute drive from the work site. Reception staff were friendly. Room was clean, spacious, well stocked. Bathroom excellent and very fast hot water. Walking distance to lots of food places.

By all information on the wotif site & the Motels website this motel had a working restaurant & bar. This was a main reason for booking this location. When we arrived we were advised that these were closed for Renovation & looked to have been for quite a while. This should be noted on the booking site. Full price is still charged. Other than that the Room was OK, except for a disabled smoke alarm.

We had a random guy sitting outside of our door from 12am to 6 am in the morning talking to himself. We asked him to move away twice he did not. We felt unsafe, frustrated and didnt sleep all night. Never again

Elder bloke at checkin rude. Working night shift, cleaners extremely noisy in the morning. Neighbours potentially dealing drugs, people coming and going regularly using strange knock sequence (all visitors used the same knock)

Okay in a last minute booking

Last minute booking...Lady at front desk was lovely. Toilet seat was broken so had to be careful when we went to the loo. Bed okay but covers not comfortable as had to creep lower in the bed to be covered enough. Restaurant being renovated so a bit sad it wasn't open. Toiletries sparce for two people. Only had 1 shampoo and conditioner for two females with long hair. Curtains didn't keep morning light out either as room was really bright in the morning.

This should be called a badly run motel in relation to cleanliness, customer service and health and safety. Mould was all over the bathroom that has a small and slippery bath tub and unsafe rails. I honestly thought I was somewhere in a 3rd world country. Night manager did not have any customer service experience but did have bad customer service. I would like to say more bad things about this place but this space is limited. I will never stay at this place and I wish I can get a refund for that bad night and health issues I had to deal with mothballs smell at the reception and in my room and a noisy fridge with a jug of water ( not bottle water) that has been in the fridge for quiet sometime.
