"Awesome, stylish, and new hotel in The Docklands, right on the Yarra River. Spacious rooms with the iconic 1 Hotel vibes. Indoor pool with sauna and steam room were a treat while we visited Melbourne during "winter." Lovely walk along the river where you can find myriad restaurants."

"Favourite thing was the customer service followed by the included breakfast. All staff in all areas were exceptional. What could be better. Aircon difficult to use, staff didn't know how to set it on cooling. Room was stuffy. Restaurant menu details need updating or staff need to prepare food as per the menu. Eg. 1. Burger: meat cheese bacon milk bun. What we got was that plus tomato and alot of relish. Staff agreed to fix. Still smothered in relish. Take 3. Great tasting Burger. 2. Schnitzel came out smotherd in cheese after asking for plain, and nothing but Schnitzel chips salad on the side. Second attempt. None left. Offered Crumbed chicken. Lovely. Asked for lemonade. Not refrigerated. When quiered staff said its not refrigerated. Not available for sale and only a mixer. Not charged . Asked for ice in glass. These 3 are easily fixed. Please fo. Not fair on your lovely staff"

"Visited Melbourne, from Sydney, for a weekend and stayed at the ibis Melbourne - Hotel & Apartments. The staff were friendly, the room was comfortable and the location was great. Walking distance to the CBD, trains and trams with the Queen Victoria Markets only a short stroll up the street. This is my go to place to stay when I am in Melbourne."
