Very accommodating and friendly staff. Has a nice restaurant whoch serves good food and has happy hour too. Affordable food and drinks. The rooms are big. Rooms are clean. Need to request for room service- as advertised. Overall, the place is very good and central to everything.

The staff were very helpful and the room was comfortable and as advertised. Very convenient to Southern Cross railway station. Seem to be ongoing issues with Tv system which they said would be fixed the day after I was there. Overall very good value and easy to get to from the Skybus

Short walk from Southern Cross station, staff were helpful and friendly. Lots of dining options close by. Trains were a little bit noisy sometimes. I would definitely recommend.

This hotel has a great location to transit, restaurants and shopping. Very close to the river for a nice walk. The hotel is a bit stingy on towels, shampoo etc. had to keep asking for what we needed. Staff is very friendly and prompt.
