My wife and I were pleasantly surprised by the service and hotel. We would recommend it as a haven from the bustle and noise of the city. We stayed three weeks, and Dominic and others ensured they catered for our breakfast needs. As with any four to five star hotels beware of hidden charges as 9% sales and another 9% for room service. They should mention this before ordering. The operators on the telephone service sometimes found my RP Accent difficult to understand.

Our stay was nice. We arrived early .Staff were accommodative and allowed us to check-in at 10 am.
Room was nice .Breakfast was amazing with good mix of Indian and continental food.
Hotel has good gym facilities. Outdoor Pool is nice but water was very cold and hence unable to swim throughout our stay. This needs addressing by management.
Thai Pavilion at Taj Vivanta is excellent restaurant and if you can afford it then you must try once.
Banjara Hills is good for shopping with plenty of...

This is a great hotel in the Gachibowli area just off the ISB Road. The place is very quite and serene just the way I like it. The facilities are very nice and I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to anyone visiting Hyderabad.
