"The hotel is not located where its supposed to be. This hotel has given wrong addresse and wrong google map location on hotels.com. I travelled to Ibrahim khalil street and found its Olyaan palace hotel not olyaan silver. And reception of olyan palace didnt accept me. I called the number and those guy kept saying Ibrahim khalil street which is a lie for sure. I had a very stressful dat with my wife and 2.5 year old kid and 5 luggage. "Outstanding staff, check in was seamless and Rahaf was amazing and arranged for me awesome room, even I came exhausted earlier than time. She went beyond to make my stay a memorable one. Also, the hotel was super in every item I could check. The executive lounge staff Taufeek and Mo, and the Gust service Ghofran was kind and made sure the experience was as expected. Many thanks to the wonderful management and definitely I’d highly come on future visits "

"The room was indeed spotless and everyone was so helpful, kind and thoughtful. We arrived at 8 am (many hours till our check in time), but the staff were kind enough to let us check in early. The room was spacious and they payed attention to detail, there was a scale (which can be used to weight your bags), there was a sewing kit too, prayer mat, a sign pointing where the qibla was. What I’m trying to say is that they payed attention to small details which I absolutely love. The distance from haram is literally 5 mins walk. Would definitely recommend it!"
