"The hotel nailed it this ramadhan. Whoever suggested to start sahoor at 11pm was a genius move. It created a lot of ease and I would definitely definitely stay here again. Also to mention Shahad at the reception. She was the exact opposite of a grumpy manager I initially met. Very welcoming and bright, she is a symbol of what the hotel stands for. The room was comforting and I can't complain about my experience. More than expected. "

"Stayed for 7 days and had a great clean room with a view of the new Haram extension . less than 500m walk to the entrance of the new extension and almost at the doorstep for taxis to miqat or elsewhere. Nice ambience and good quality food served . Could be better with more international dishes. "
