"Overall a nice place to stay. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and that towels were available. Check in was very slow, system was not working very well. We had to visit the desk three times to get two working keys. The last time I noticed the girl was trying to reuse the key that still didn't work. I asked her to get a new one. Suddenly, we had two working keys. She seemed annoyed that I had asked her to do that. We only had one lamp in the room so there wasn't enough light to read at...
