Nice little motel
"Nice little motel for a good price. Location is great - north of the touristy area on a quiet mostly residential street. Short walk to the tourist strip & the beach. Some issues that I would’ve contacted management about had we been staying more than one night: only 3 plates and bowls for a 4-person ..."

"This true B&B was such a gem. Wonderful, cute little neighborhood, close enough to walk to the busier areas when you want to. The house is a grand Craftsman, which has been well maintained and updated where necessary. Erika’s service was also outstanding. What a wonderful stop over this was for our ..."
"Check in process was very easy. Rooms were clean. The shower’s water pressure and temperature control were disappointing. No AC and room was very warm. We used this as a sleeping pad after 36 holes at nearby Bandon Dunes and it was great for that."
"We had been planning this weekend since October. It was my daughter-in-law's 21st birthday and her mom flew in from Alabama so the three of us could celebrate it. We spent many hours searching for the perfect Hotel, particularly one with three beds. We were very excited. When I didn't get any kind ..."
"This is a great place to stay if you are in Ashland. It is centrally located, yet tucked on a quiet street. Beware, no microwave in the room, but otherwise the room was well provisioned. The grounds are homey and well cared for. We had a room with a private patio and a hot tub. The first night the ..."
"I liked the fact that you have to scan your room key in order for the elevator to take you to your floor. Portland has become pretty dangerous and it made me feel safe. The room was clean and had a really nice walk in shower and deep bath tub. Staff was very friendly and the hotel also offered their own restaurant and bar. Will definitely stay here again."

"The hotel is older and kitschy. There were large events going on but their was no extra noise or chaos. The water pressure is an issue and the bathrooms are very small. There is no fan in the bathroom either. The heater smelled of urine and was hard to control, too hot, too cold. But that is the charm of the Graduate. "
"This is my second time staying here and I just booked for my third. My daughter is a freshman at U of O. The location is great right opposite campus within walking distance to her dorm. There are shops, Starbucks, and restaurants all within walking distance. The hotel is clean and well maintained. The staff cannot do enough for you they are friendly and helpful. The facility is modern, the pool and gym are on the smaller side but are well equipped and meticulously clean. The breakfast is good, and everything tastes great. I would highly recommend it. "
"Great place to stay! The room with a jetted tub and ocean view was totally worth it, it was beautiful clean and quiet besides the beautiful sounds of waves they you hear out on the balcony. Such a nice trip (besides a racist guest in elevator but unfortunately you run into those everywhere) "
