"The Moxy was such a cool vibe! We appreciated the free drink ticket on the first night. We loved getting food and drink and hanging out downstairs. We didn’t like the area too much though. We had never seen so many homeless people in a city on the streets so publicly. Some were not in the best mental state very obviously and it made us uncomfortable to walk anywhere. "

"The Graduate is located near shopping and restaurants. The area is pretty quiet and the room was very comfortable and clean. The decor is fun and there is lots to see at the hotel."

"We have stayed here a few times. This was the first time we stayed in the rear buildings and found them to be much less convenient than the main building. Do not be too enticed by the "water view" rooms...it is pretty much a muddy stream. Staff are always great."
