"Warm hospitality from Jose & Cindy – a mostly great 8-day stay!"
I recently stayed for 8 days and wanted to highlight the fantastic hospitality from Jose (a young gentleman) and Cindy at the front desk. From the moment I arrived, both greeted me with warm smiles and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. As a Brit who enjoys a proper cup of tea, I really appreciated how easy they made it to get boiling water — no hassle at all.
Unfortunately, I did have one less pleasant...
