"My room was not ready like it was supposed to be at 4:00 so I did not even get checked in totally until 5:00. The toilet was running on and off all night. the pool area was closed and I wanted to swim but could not do that and that was one of my main reasons for even going there. the windows was severely dirty. you had to pay for breakfast when I said it was included. Oh yeah when I got there found out I had to give $100 deposit when I was never told that when I booked the room"

The room was clean, comfortable, and had a cool modern look that made it feel a little more special than your average hotel. "I stayed for 4 nights. Room was clean and bed was so comfortable I slept great every night! Hotel staff were always welcoming and very polite. Perfect location! Everything was walking distance. I will definitely stay here again when I come back to Cleveland! 10/10"

"When we arrived the front desk assistant said that the room we booked through Expedia wasn’t available. I told him the only reason we booked with them is due to the specific type of room. He said to take it up with Expedia. The wallpaper was peeling off the walls in the downstairs hallway leading to the elevator. The desk assistant advised us that the pool didn’t work due to water pipe issues. Surprisingly, the room we booked was actually clean."
