We were very lucky and had a free room upgrade to a room with a view of the Eiffel Tower. We have had many trips to Paris and I can honestly say this was the best room we have ever had. It was very spacious with everything you could want for a lovely stay.
It was unique in that not only could you see the tower from the bed but from the shower too. This must be the best room in the hotel.
The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpfule and I would highly recommend this hotel.

We saw Chantilly during the TV coverage of the Tour de France and decided on the spur of the moment that we had to go. It did not disappoint. We were there for three nights, it;s just half an hour from Paris CDG so very easy journey.
Easy walk to the Chateau with its magnificent rooms and gardens, even easier walk to the Museum of the Horse, working stables as well.
Great food of course and Chantilly Cream!

Very friendly staff. Nice clean rooms which are reasonably sized for Paris. The swimming pool and sauna that you can book in advance just for yourself and family are a great way to start the day.
Breakfast was nice and fresh with enough choices.

We really liked this hotel. After reading the very mixed reviews we were a bit nervous but we could not fault it.
The area is lovely and feels very safe and the big shopping centre was very hand and catered for all our needs.
We found the hotel staff to be very helpful and friendly.
Its close to both Disney and Paris by train and we managed to get from the Eurostar without too much hassle thanks to directions given on Trip Advisor.

Lovely, modern hotel in easy walking distance of Gare du Nord. Loved the decor and water fountains on each floor for still & sparkling water. Nespresso machine in the room. Unfortunately the sauna wasnโt working during our time there (28-31 March) which was one of the main reasons that we booked this hotel. The swimming pool / jacuzzi were however great. The property is small but perfectly formed: they made the best use possible of the limited space (although they might invest in a few more hooks on the wall, especially in the shower room). Our room (202) faced the road, which is a major bus route, but was incredibly quiet thanks to two levels of double glazing. The bed was wonderfully comfortable. The small amenities, like the always-available coffee and hot chocolate machine in the lobby and the bottomless jug of lemon and cucumber water,...

The room was large, which is astounding for Paris. The bathroom was very nicely appointed and what a great shower. The room servicing was top notch with them topping up the little extras such as water and coffee. The SPA was amazing, very clean and well maintained, we used the pool, hot tub and sauna, there is also a steam room and an exercise room which we didn't use, however, we did look at the facilities and they were really good. We had a wonderful time and would definitely return. Having booked a superior room we were upgraded to the top floor suite, thank you Dino! The room was very comfortable with a rustic decor and views right over the Seine, Ile de la Cite and Notre Dame (apparently all 10 rooms have the river view). Especially beautiful at night. Could hear the bells of the cathedral but the room was soundproofed so very quiet. Front desk staff were very helpful. Breakfast looked OK but we chose to go out to one...
