The area for improvement are food quality, which Taj is known for high quality and tasty food. This one was lacking in that area and to be in Bangalore and not know how to do South Indian filter coffee is unfathomable 😬"

"Great experience. Hotel is on MG road close to shopping streets and other retail outlets. It's over an hour away from the International airport by Cab. The Deluxe room has a balcony with a beautiful view. Rooms were big in size as compared to standard rooms and the butler service call facility besides the bed was a nice touch. Breakfast was good with Mangoes adding the perfect summer flavour for the season. Staff were attentive and extremely helpful. Their eye for detail was impressive. All in all a must stay and highly recommended"

"Breakfast menu was fine but the staff seems to be lazy or really not interested in their job. Had to call the server to get tea and omelette or extra silverware or bottled water. The front desk person for breakfast was missing so I just picked a table and sat. "
