"Hotel is good except i received so many random calls from the staff. The worst was a call at 5am for a wake up call that i never schedules. That was particularly painful as i had arrived at 2am. You should do a better job managing the wake up call system. The equipment in the gym is not bolted down. That is dangerous "

"Great experience. Hotel is on MG road close to shopping streets and other retail outlets. It's over an hour away from the International airport by Cab. The Deluxe room has a balcony with a beautiful view. Rooms were big in size as compared to standard rooms and the butler service call facility besides the bed was a nice touch. Breakfast was good with Mangoes adding the perfect summer flavour for the season. Staff were attentive and extremely helpful. Their eye for detail was impressive. All in all a must stay and highly recommended"

"Breakfast menu was fine but the staff seems to be lazy or really not interested in their job. Had to call the server to get tea and omelette or extra silverware or bottled water. The front desk person for breakfast was missing so I just picked a table and sat. "
