"I checked into the room as it is closer to airport at about 9 pm. I checked out by 9.10 pm as the sheets were stained, pillows seemed dusty and I could see cockroaches in the room. This was a strict no no for me. At the reception they did state that they could help with room change but I was completely put off. Bathroom looked clean though"

"We booked this place and required an early check in on the date of arrival. We called few times to the phone number listed none of this helped as there was no option to speak to hotel reception - neither a direct contact number to hotel was listed. When we went at 10 AM for check-in the reception staff was sleeping on the couch and had to wake him to attend to us. He declined early check in as no rooms were available. We booked an alternative hotel given the poor condition of hotel cleanliness...

"No AC in the room, electricity was gone and I was stuck inside the elevator. No oxygen. Very frightening. No hot water. Took pictures is someone’s used bedding. They will not give fresh bed sheets or a blanket duvet. Staircases are kept dirty with lot of cleaning stuff and brooms. Forget about a refrigerator. "
