Located close to Palace grounds ,an excellent stay with warm n friendly staff and good food too .

All of the staff are wonderful - nothing is too much trouble, or seems to be any trouble at all. Food is great and entire property is maintained to a fantastic standard.

This was my first visit to this hotel. It is centrally located on the Race course Road, surrounded by greenery. Polite staff. quick and friendly response by reception and room service. They serve you free break fast which is very sumptuous. In house. Restaurant "Aroma of South" is good in taste of food and service. Room interior is nice. They need to improve bathroom cleanliness. Common space outside the rooms for seating is good. Also it is very easy to get auto rickshaw or taxi for local...

Their process to get OTA mails into some person dependent mail box instead of a front office mail box sucks. Almost 30 minutes wasted just to find the mail

Superb Experience, the rooms were clean the hospitality was amazing. To top it up the Hotel, awesome I must say. I haven't ever stayed in hotel where the room plus food has been good. They have amazing in room dinning food and their Resturant SANADIGE. 5 Star from me for sure....

One cannot expect more than this from this great staff at this Hotel - Perfect service and care provided by all at front desk , reception -Saif , John and Ram . Good breakfast service and staff was helpful

The rooms are tidy and well maintained. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Although the experience overall was pretty good, room service is a bit of a problem. They use a restaurant to fulfil orders, which doesn't have most of the menu available at times. But other than that tiny issue, would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in for a short period - business or leisure.

Food and Ambience was very good.

Good place to stay. People were helpful. Good Homely food. Only suggestion would be have a hanger rod in the bathroom. There is a towel rod, but nothing to hang clothes.

Rennaissance Race Course Road is a centrally located Hotel in Bangalore with excellent view of the Race Course from the rooms. Its a new property & hence is in a much better condition than the other well known Premier Indian Hotel Brands. The staff are excellent, helpful & well trained to cater to the needs of the incoming & outgoing Guests.

Excellent stay, service was exceptional. All staff polite and attentive. Club lounge was a very nice addition to have.

Family stay. Enjoyed walking around. Get out of the place and you have UB city on one side and Cubbon park on other. One a Party Paradise, other a huge breathing space- all right in centre of city
