He was very helpful and available from moment zero to the last minutes we left the hotel. the rooms were spotless and the view to the Haram was amazing. everyone in the hotel was running to make our stay comfortable. One note to hotel Admin: Please reconsider allowing the transportation company "Almosafer-Transport" to operate from your hotel; I had very bad experience with them and i don't recommend it to anyone. "

"It was an amazing stay. Staff was very helpful and the breakfast was amazing with plenty of options. It was ver close to Haram, easily walkable, with plenty of food and shopping options on the street. Room was very spacious with clean and plenty of amenities. We traveled with family including small children and it was easier to navigate despite being a huge property. I would highly recommend it to anyone and would definitely like to stay again."
