"This hotel is located right across the street from the four seasons hotel. Hotel Regina, in my opinion was better than the four seasons hotel in service, amenities and location. Our room even had a flat iron for my hair. We were greeted with cold water upon arrival and had a free cocktail in the bar after check-in. This hotel is located in the center of town. A short walk plaza del Sol or plaza mayor. Lots of great people watching available on the small streets nearby."

"Have stayed at this hotel on a number of occasions and it is very central to Madrid. The staff are great. Just one small thing is that an electric kettle is supplied but no tea or coffee. If staying one to three nights it's not worth buying but would be useful to have in the room."
