"Loved everything "

"Very eclectic setting. Loved the vibe. Front desk check-in was quick and staff were very nice. They were the only staff we dealt with. Came off the elevator and carpet was dirty with debris. Room was very quiet and we were close to the elevator. Room seemed clean but worn. Tv was in a terrible spot and needs to be moved. Bathroom was so cool and very spacious! Temperature of the room was comfortable. Bed and pillows were perfect for us. All in all 4 stars."

"Pros: Clean room, Location was close to what we were doing, Gated parking area and the bar was unexpected positive experience the bar tenter was cool and knowledgeable about Corktown where the hotel is located. Cons: Small bathroom, Had an outside patio area that we couldn’t use because door wouldn’t open, Wasn’t a fan of the cement floor in our room. Overall, a positive experience would stay again."

"I had double booked my reservation, and cancelled the wrong date as soon as I learned of it. This hotel still charged me for both. They accepted over $400 and refused to cancel it because it was a "no show." They present themselves as a luxury hotel, but their customer service was that of a much lower class facility. I would not recommend booking here under any circumstances. They provided no service at all, but they kept my payment. "

"Beautiful hotel! The beds are comfy, good shower pressure and nice toiletries. The roof top bar has some tasty drinks and amazing views. The only reason I am giving it a 4 star instead of 5 is the walls are real thin. Neighbors came back to there room arguing at 4:30 am and heard that. Also heard them making up at some point later in the morning lol. If you are going to a concert or a game, Nemo’s bar across the street has shuttle service. The italian place also across the street was delicious! We had a perfect night "

"After a long drive and a late night, we were awoken to a CRASH, and the subsequent hour+ of drilling, to repair a sink that had fallen off the wall. The pool, which my kid was really looking forward to, closes from 11-1 daily for cleaning (why not just do this after the pool closes?), which was most of our available time to swim for this trip. The whole vibe is very backrooms, but it's quaint, and pink, so that's something."
