"Room did not have hot water for almost 12 hours our first night there. It was difficult getting expedia in touch with the hotel. The number expedia has for the hotel is incorrect. Also, the jacuzzi was the only reason we booked the room. Not only dis we not have hot water but the jacuzzi did not work properly all the time. Bad jets and the jacuzzi had nasty dirty bubbles from the jets. It ended up giving me a uti."

There was balls of hair in multiple areas of the room, false eye lashes on the floor near the bed, the bathtub was dirty with no handle to turn on the shower, garbage was piled up on the side of the bathroom vanity. By far the worst stay I have ever had at a hotel. I would not recommend this stay to anyone. Our brand new white socks were stained after 1 hour in the room. The smoke detector was covered in a garbage bag"

"The walls are paper thin! Beware you can hear everything through the walls. I asked to be moved to a different room upon arrival. I didn't even get anything out of my suitcase, and I could hear the people through the walls!"

"Make sure your room is not near the ice machine. The rooms look nice, but have no sound proofing whatsoever. You can hear neighbors flush their toilets and cough in their rooms. If you are near the ice machine it will keep you up OR wake you up during the night. I would never stay here again. "
