"Booked here because of the indoor pool, which was closed. Disappointed. There was garbage all over in front from one of the garbage cans & still like that the next day. Horrible loud guests until 3 am, which I complained about 3 times & it took 3-4 calls each time to get the front desk to answer & nothing was done about it & smelled marijuana. Traveling with a child & got no sleep & no swim. "

"Non smoking room. When you walked into lobby you could smell smoke. Slight smell in room. Couldn't work heat unit. It was dirty. Shower faucet was loose and falling off. Never again. Could hear neighbors tv all night. Never again."

"Lobby space, lounge, and breakfast areas’ furniture and decorating inviting. Front desk clerk, Keisha, was polite, friendly, and accommodative to my need for early checkin. Breakfast prepared fresh, as it is ordered from a menu, was very good. Property public areas are clean and well maintained. Room was very comfortable, clean, with newer bathroom, great shower pressure. Excellent mattresses. Well laid out."

"Excellent facility, great staff and management. Very quiet neighborhood, easy to get to. My go-to for Cleveland area visits now. Rooms are well thought out, breakfast service is superb. "
