Only downsides were: temperature fluctuations (set thermostat to a comfortable temp, but room went from hot to cold all night) and rooms had motion sensor nightlights that turned on throughout the night. "This property is perfectly located in the center of all things downtown. The only draw back is that there is an air conditioner only in the bedroom in the suites. Therefore, the rest of the room was hot and sticky and the room took several hours to cool down. Downstairs in the lobby it felt like there was no air at all. In the heat of the summer, AC is a must.
