"The lady in the breakfast bar yielded at us across the room because we entered 2 min before the closing time ! Very embarrassed I just turned around and left ! The shuttle driver was very nice "

"Beach view was great. The pool was being renovated but the bathroom had a lingering sewer smell i guess because it’s by the bay. Elevators were slow."

"It was dirty. There was no housekeeping to speak of. You had to sign up for housekeeping when you got there. I signed up for it and it never came. It was dirty when we got there. Looks like it hasn't been deep cleaned maybe ever! Other than it being dirty I thought it was a great spot. That kind of ruins it though"
