"Great location, clean room, helpful front desk and luggage hold system, good housekeeping service. Noisy, but that has to be expected in the city. The bathrooms could use some improvements, the vent is linked to a motion sensor, and turns off when you draw the shower curtains, the handle for shower faucet is really hard to pull."

"My big issue was that our room was advertised as 2Q beds, when it was actually 2 double beds. When you have 2 adults sharing a bed, that’s a huge difference! The 2Q beds is WHY I booked this stay. It’s harder to find those in NYC, and didn’t know wrongly advertised until we walked into the room. The staff was wonderful and courteous. I did ask for a basic blanket, and was given what they had but it was a mattress cover. Why can’t some regular blankets be available? "
